A little program provided by Sea Lab http://www.lacorps.org/ . Not sure why the local Ocean Institute was not invited. Maybe they don't offer a "Traveling Tidepool" like Sea Lab does.

All sorts of excitement.
The lifeguards did some sort of rescue while we were there. Head injury if I heard right. Transported just to make sure. Head/spinal injuries or the potential for is a BIG deal. We watched from the pier to stay out of the way.
