And I'm getting ready to throw the bread in the oven so we can have chili (with turkey added) in bread bowls for dinner.

Note the funny looking bread on the back left? That is what happens when someone knocks the cover off the Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day bucket and the top of the dough dries out. It looked cool and tasted just find.
